This duo from Brooklyn exactly embody industrial noise electronics, their debut album having been recorded in an ex bodywork shop. They felt that such engineered ‘noise’ is still largely uncharted territory, and produce a bruising experience, packed with melancholia. It ultimately doesn’t get out of first gear and inherits too similar a terrain throughout. A very difficult and underwhelming birthing process.
American industrial/noise duo Yvette release their debut album and show some development and evolution from their first EP.
