Icelandic duo Kiasmos (which consists of pianist Ólafur Arnalds and electronic music producer Janus Rasmussen) released their debut album in October 2014.

Ambient House is always something I've loved as a genre, and this project describes it perfectly. It's exactly what I love about this type of music, the ambient melodies, relaxed drums, progressive song structures, a lot of excitement, and emotion as well.

A tad derivative of Jon Hopkins Immunity, but when your point of reference is that good and you got the production chops to match it, well... the result is a damn fine album.
