Nights is a flat-out sprint into the heart of punked-up grunge, with little in the way of dynamics or variety.

The magnificence of their live show is lost a little on an album that screams ‘organised fun’ more than ‘spontaneous party’, but mostly it’s giddy garage rock.

As it stands, it results in another transitional phase for a band that is finding it increasingly hard to form their own identity instead of forging others with such flair.
