This is a very pretty album musically and Traore's voice is great. Unfortunately I do not understand a single word in this album and don't really see any scenarios where I would listen to it again because of that.
Moving African music with influence from both Latin and American. Rokia Traoré doesn't shy away from experimenting with different styles and spice her sound with music you'll what to sing to, and if you don't know the language, then it'll certainly make you dance.
