All-in-all, Synesthesia is a fine start for Hands. The band benefits from its creativity and most impressively, its unique sound.

Blending 80's synths and 90's alt-rock guitar riffs may not be an original idea, but Hands do it as well as any of their contemporaries... plus they bring the hooks. About half of these songs sound like should-be hits.... Hey, if Phoenix can do it, maybe there's hope.
