It’s safe to say that this is the most endlessly playable comedy album of the illennium.
The music is clever and catchy enough to give it merit for repeated listens. Buy the DVD first to get the full story and then pick this up for road trip singalongs.
If you’re not spending your days gnawing on your sofa pillows waiting for the new season of their program to premiere, Flight of the Conchords will probably appease you no questions asked.
Flight of the Conchords ultimately succeeds apart from its parent television show because it’s a modest comedy album.
On their fictional television show, Flight of the Conchords almost never play a song that's worth a damn-- except in their imaginations. Every time they get a gig, Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie take the stage and limp their way through the deadly "Who Likes to Rock the Party". But in their own heads, they're stars: deadly rappers, psychedelic princes, and unstoppable ladykillers. It's a good joke, and the Co

So... how do I review a comedy album exactly?
Well what I can say is that Flight Of The Conchords is a comedy album that is very satirical in nature and succeeds at having some very funny song concepts most of the time. Some of it I find a bit cringy but some of these lyrics are really funny. Also musically, it's quite catchy and enjoyable too, which is a good thing.

Its funny and even when the jokes begin to wear thin, the tracks beneath them are still quality.
