Drowned in Sound

The album's brevity is its strength here: much longer, and you risk burning out or blunting the intensity of the riffage. Any shorter, and it risks leaving you unsated.

The Blind Hole is nothing utterly mind-blowing or game-changing in the grindcore world, but it’s also not trying to be. Instead, much like a kick to the balls, it’ll remind you of what it’s like to be alive and feel primitive emotion, and sometimes that’s enough.

Atlanta-based Grindcore trio Dead in the Dirt unleash some hell with their only album that fulfils some enjoyment for its short runtime.

What I tend to admire about Grindcore as a genre is how it can do a decent job at providing a strong amount of energy in such a short space of time. brutal hear, fronted by former MAHCIU screamer Blake Connolly. sometimes you can still hear it, but it is just a fun and , just, TRULY brutal hear. need to put emphasis on that. need to listen
