The National stopped by the Q Toronto studio the other day. During this performance the band decided to once again debut two new songs titled Rylan and I Need My Girl. As you can expect, these are top notch songs from one of the best bands out there right now. Enjoy below.
The National - Rylan:
Hear I Need My Girl over at Q's site.
Listen below as The National cover The Philistines Jr. track Twenty Miles to NH Part 2. The track is a part of compilation entitled If a Lot of Bands Play in the Woods which features covers and remixes of tracks from The Philistines Jr.'s 2010 album If a Band Plays in the Woods.

Think You Can Wait appears in the upcoming film Win Win. The track is available for purchase on iTunes.
This new track was written for the upcoming film Win Win staring Paul Giamatti. The National don't seem to stray too far from anything you'd hear on their 2010 album, High Violet, with this effort. The Sharon Van Etten background vocals do add to it a bit though. These guys will never let me down.
EDIT: Song appears to have been taken down. In the meantime, you can hear it over here.
Conversation 16 appears on The National's 2010 album, High Violet. This album just happens to be my favorite of last year. Pitchfork has all of the band's worldwide tour dates listed on their site.
