One of the more unique releases for Record Store Day 2012 is the Feist/Mastodon split 7". The unusual pairing finds Feist covering Black Tongue while Mastodon offer up a take on A Commotion. Check out both covers below and be sure to head out to support your local record store tomorrow.

The Undiscovered First appears on the recently released Feist album Metals. Watch her perform the track below in the back of a cab for Black Cab Sessions.

The much anticipated new album from Feist is now available for you to enjoy in full. Have a listen to Metals below, and look for it in stores next Tuesday.

The long awaited new Feist album is still a couple months off, but at least we now have a single to tide us over. The track is titled How Come You Never Go There which is featured on the upcoming album Metals. The album is due out October 4.
