Happy Go Licky is the reformed incarnation of Rites of Spring that existed after the demise of One Last Wish. After Michael Hampton left One Last Wish Picciotto, Janney and Canty reunited with Eddie Janey but instead of getting back for Rite os Spring 2 they went all the way into left field with tape loops, samples, odd time signatures, and weird song structures.
