Look out for these chicks! These girls (and guy) will be the future for rock music in general and add some flair to an already underappreciated genre. The tunes are fun, catchy, and capture the youth of today in a nice little ball just from these five tracks.
This is a really solid EP. I loved Come Through, especially because of its incredibly well made music video, posted a while back. I wasn't expecting more than one hit from such a short EP, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Red Light has an amazing chorus that had me singing along even during my first listen, and A Teenager In Love really shows off Lydia's vocal skills. Seems like The Regrettes workes a lot better in smaller packages. Attention Seeker is not only more punchy and thorough than their debut lp, but it ends before ever getting tiresome. Tight, compact and wild as can be, Attention Seeker is an overall improvement on the sound these gals present. And the acoustic versions adds a surprising amount of variety to this thing.
