Bobby Tarantino II suggests that Logic is still unsure about the direction and perception of his artistry.
Despite the bouncy production, good feature spots, and Logic's technical ability, Bobby Tarantino II is just as inconsequential as its predecessor.
Good production is the only thing here. That's the only value you can get from this thing. What other value is there? 44 More is a DNA rip-off, as blatant as possible. The features here are ass. The stench of Everybody is still lingering. No one has felt happy about liking Rick And Morty since 2014. It's.. it's so not good on everything except the beats. But the beats are still solid. Logic the producer > Logic the MC, no doubt about it.
Back when this joint came out I actually fairly enjoyed this album. But it has aged poorly for me I feel like my ears has just matured much more and i've come to realize this sequel to bobby tarantino isn't anything worth while tbh. Except midnight and 44 more those songs fucking slap and have aged the best.
that rick and morty skit took so much out of me im not listening to the rest of this album for a while
