Puff doesn’t grab your attention directly. Rather, it occupies your subconscious, leaving vestiges of melodies and lyrics behind that lie dormant for stretches of time, resurfacing intermittently and maddeningly.

An album I missed earlier in the year but I’m glad I stumbled upon it as it is really cool little psychedelic pop and indie pop record. On first pass this album sounded good but sounded much better on subsequent listens and really does have a dreamy atmosphere. A myriad of guitars, bass, keyboards, bells, and many other instruments creep through on the opening track “Glue”.
