Is Jack Stauber possibly the greatest musician ever? Not at the moment, no. But if every song on here was at the same level of quality as Buttercup he might actually be the greatest.

Edit: Revisiting this with my "2020 Eyes" and seeing Jack release the greatest thing he's released so far with Opal, I realized something. Something I praise Jack Stauber for is truly being himself. His animations and his Micropop project tend to show off his more hyperactive and colourful side of his artistic vision. But, the music he produces and releases under just his name is almost like a campfire after a day of energy. It's music to simmer down and relax to. I discovered Jack on a live, where someone sent one of his weird ass animations, which led me to his YouTube page, and eventually to his Apple Music page, and eventually here, with me listening to his albums. I've always had an affinity with his material, with "Buttercup" being one of my favorite songs oat, and I was just super excited to check out this album. And yeah, this was pretty great! Swag Food!
One of Stauber's animations caught my eye on Instagram which led me to his YouTube page which ultimately led my to his Spotify--needless to say that was one of the best decisions I've made in a while.
