I honestly didn't like the debut album of Scars THAT MUCH, I think it pretty much sounds like a SOAD rip-off, I still enjoy a few songs of it tho, and it has grown on me since the first listen.

But this album is a whole other thing, it has way more personality instead of just being SOAD but without Serj, the production is way better, the guitars and the vocals sound really good on this one.
I think this is way more solid, and way more enjoyable than the debut.

To be honest, this isn't a bad album in any means. There's not many songs that I would call bad. In fact, I would probably go as far as to say that I like most of the songs on here. Really, the main flaw with this album is that it is probably the worst album Daron Malakian has been apart of (SOAD and Scars on Broadway).
