Love love love love the performances on this thing, it’s got such a definitive 90’s gangsta rap sound across the whole album that I just find so intoxicating. The homophobia does knock it down personally a bit though.

Standout: Fugitive

Fuckin CLASSIC memphis rap man. Production is so fucking cool and every verse goes so fuckin hard. My only issue with this album is the song Tini Lame where one of the guys just constantly interrupts the flow of the song to do some spoken word thing while having his voice DRENCHED in reverb and delay which kinda annoyed me. Outside that one track though, this is a fucking masterpiece.

Tommy Wright III has been one of the artists that I have been most addicted to as of recent, and its not hard to see why! Everything that he has put out has been very consistent and unique from one another, so much so that I would consider him my favorite artist out of the Memphis Rap scene.
