Thursday is for Throwbacks #4
I'm committing to review an album that was released before I started rating albums, but is still brand new to me, every Thursday.
This is an album I somehow avoided. One that I instantly recognised the cover art from Last.fm & Yahoo! music recommendations from back in the day. This didn't jell with me like the other two records did, and I don't really know why. Perhaps it's the songwriting, which had gradually become more and more simplistic and easy yo shout along to, anthem style. I guess the record feels bland, like I've heard other bands pull off this sound, only better.
