The Neighbourhood take a step back from their lack luster 2018 LP to the band we all fell for. Mixing their smooth vibes with alternative rap acts like Denzel Curry is fitting and makes you excited for what is to come in the future again.

I just can't stand any of these songs besides "Paradise"

It's fun to hear rap and rock mix like this even if the results are so-so. Not one of Denzel's stronger verses, but it's passable. Actually really like the descriptive Ghost-topia that GFK lays out on his. Jay is a strong rapper, but the track he's on is a mess. Nipsey is actually tolerable to listen to here, as I think his breathy flow actually complements the instrumentation decently.
