This may be Iron Maiden's most underappreciated '80s release. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I genuinely think this is much better than Piece Of Mind.
If this album proves anything to me, it's that Maiden in the '80s were unparalleled in this decade. For me this is the worst of the 80's albums, its not bad per say just nothing wows me on it. Wasted Years is by far the best song on the album but even then I think it would be a middle of the road track on any of their other up to this point. The guitars are great though on all the songs.
