Joell Ortiz is one of the best lyricists of this era. Apollo Brown is one of the most consistent beatsmiths of the 2010s. These two heavy-hitters combining forces lead to a solid project from front to back - no filler on Mona Lisa, so no skips are necessary. Joell Ortiz's lyricism is great and Apollo Brown's beats are sharp and match the wordplay perfectly.
