As far as masta ace is concerned , yes this probably his weakest solo album yet , but that does not mean much because this album is sti!! A solid and cohesive listen . Also it's worth mention ing that this album is definitely a better smoother listen than both of his EMc group projects he did with Wordsworth stricklin and punchline. This is a beautiful album-beautiful beats from marco polo, and beautiful story telling from master ace-You can see how master ace has been able to stay relevant in hip hop longer than most, he has mastered the art of telling a story in a direct way that still captures your attention-he may not be a wordsmith/lyricist like say a black thought or kendrick, but id say he is just as compelling and relevant. A phenomenal album that tells a story of a young rapper from Torornto moving to Brooklyn to forfill his dream of becoming a legendary rapper. Masta Ace really kills it along side Marco, they definetly just dropped one of my favorite albums of this year
