The fretless bass is often a ripe territory for melodic development, and Beyond Creation has taken that aspect to new heights. Epic songs unfold with proper length to explore all types of aspects to this progressive blend of tech-death. It's a cinematic and epic journey and one worth listening to. On the levels of Cynic and Rivirs of Nihil.
I mean, it's maybe not as good as their first two albums, but it's still pretty cool. Idk why the low ratings
All their standard tropes are there it just falls flatter to me than the previous 2 records. Not as catchy prog melodies. Feels kinda safe. I'd recommend the first 2 records before this one but you're still in for a good proggy death metal experience
