A personal 00's hip-hop highlight or my least favorite album of all time? Actually neither, the latter thankfully, I think!

My Ghetto Report Card fuses E-40's bouncy hometown Hyphy style with Lil Jon's Atlanta-based gritty Crunk movement to create a fiery street anthem with damn near every song.
