E-40's debut album falls short to his previous mixtape, The Mail Man.
On this one, there are still like 4-5 minute songs, but it's an hour long and with the slow funk beats, it feels more like 2 hours to be honest.
40's flow is all over the place, he raps slow and he also raps fast, but i like less when he raps fast, he's not really on beat when he tries to rap 10 words in 2 seconds, feels out of place.
And then there's a reggae cut?? What in the seven gates??
