While 40 doesn’t make light of his tough upbringing and his struggles to make it as a business man, the man still puts the FUN in his flow and shares his infectious exuberance for living in the way he comes across on the microphone.

AllMusic
In a rap world increasingly populated by monotoned players and smoother-than-smooth R&B crooners, E-40's deft delivery and playful wordplay remain a real breath of fresh air.

Fails to meet the heights of his last few records. There's a couple great tracks (Fallin' Rain, Automatic, and especially Rep Yo City), but there's a lot of forgettable music here. The Slap, Til' the Dawn, It's All Gravity, and more are just pretty whatever. It's not bad, but there's definitely better shit to hear from 40

This actually totally met my expectations. It's trash. The song with Fab is good and the Lil Jon-produced posse cut can be found on his better album so. Not a lot to say about this besides the fact it's a giant waste of time like most of E-40 works. "Bay area legend" lol please.
