What do I even say about this?

This is essentially noise music with organic instrumentation. There are some interesting bits to it, for sure: Peter Brotzmann's reed playing is generally noisy while being skillful and the minimalist structure allows you to really focus on the two parts -- the reeds and the slide guitar.
