The first track sounds like a ripoff of New Order's Ceremony. Not bad though.
Favourite Tracks: Patience, End Of The World, Do You Remember?
A meh album, nothing really hit me with the sound and exploration of their sound. "Simplicity" was an excellent album and sounds a lot more polished. Still an enjoyable listen.
With music like this, I don't see how dream pop can ever not sound both nostalgic and yet to the brim of new intrigues. The vocals apply new textures to their noisy echoes. The base sound of Jaws' The Ceiling is pretty surface level if we are being honest with ourselves, but nonetheless I'm down.
Favorite tracks: Driving at Night, Fear, Do You Remember?
