These later Wipers albums are the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for those who bother making it past 1983. Greg Sage’s genius is overwhelming.
The ONLY downside of this album is that it doesn’t carry on exploiting the everliving fuck out of the sound which Wipers had crafted on Follow Blind. One thing is for sure: even in a bad day, The Wipers are far better than many of the promising, rock stars.
So, I prefer making the same circle around their rock'n'roll circuit than running behind some shooting stars.
