Welp, this is my 1000th review!!
It took 999 bad opinions to get to this point but we did it!
Thanks to everyone who actually looks at any of my bullshit.
I figured Isaiah Rashad's "Cilvia Demo" would be a good project to make my 1000th review since he has had such a big impact on my life for years now.

This dude just comes out of Top Dawg and drops two LPs over two years, and then disappears, with rumors of a third coming soon, but its been three years so who knows what's up. Rashad, a southern hip/hop artist quoted on saying he was inspired by ATLiens and Outkast in general to get into music, takes a similar sound with little experimentation ... read more
Isaiah Rashad was one of my most played artists in 2020 for a reason. He raps about topics of police violence and depression and weaves one of the best album-long stories in modern hip-hop, with its rough-around-the-edges textures and nostalgic instrumentation. Isaiah proves his versatility while staying true to his mission statement, through more singing-oriented songs like the beautiful “West Savannah” or the absolute BANGER that is “Shot You Down,” both assisted with ... read more
