Full of songs that sound like they should be huge hits, Betty is a confident reintroduction to an artist who has to be herself -- and sounds her best when she is.
Crispy clean queer pop. Betty Who has an ear for slick production and groovy beats. My favorite songs are those that pair Who's breathy, rushed vocals with the glittering production. The opener, 'Old Me,' has a great groove and some fun synths. When she is giving attitude, the music is fun and boppy. I love how she says the word credentials on the second track.

Betty is a pretty good album. Very consistent production, writing and vocals. Betty remains quite faceless and inoffensive though. I'll see if this grows on me some more cuz the new tracks are definitely the stronger parts of this

I consider myself a fan of pop, but this is such a standard, generic album, and to be honest, I don''t find it very exciting aside from a few songs.
