Give this album the room it deserves, and you will dance and swoon repeatedly to what is a rather wonderful record.
It's a challenging listen at times, but's there's never a moment where the effort doesn't feel worth it and the rewards of digging deep into the sounds and songs are many.
Alternately bruising and beatific (and often in rapid succession), De Facto marks another advance.
While most of these songs weigh in at around the three-minute mark, the two highlights come when they stretch out and lock into lengthier grooves.
Horrendously boring with a couple of oustanding guitar riffs thrown into the mix on occasion
Feel this has some Anna Von Hausswolff vibes at times. Nice instrumentation and vocals but for whatever reason I find this weak. Tows the thin line between meditative and boring a lot. Still pleasant just not very interesting or expressive, I wanna like it more but, agh.
Another all over the place boring mess like Chambers. More of an annoyance then an enjoyable jam various times.
Too much technic will bring you this: well instrumented, but lacking of hearth and sense of... anything
