Huge surprise, this is fantastic. Lifafa brings a culmination of his own south Asian culture and house music into an album that reaches across all borders. When music in a language I am not familiar with sounds this good to me, it helps me forget how shitty the world is and reminds me that we are all the same creatures.
Wow, this is such a creative and gorgeous album. I never really expected that south asian musical influences would fit so well with more of the electronic and deep house vibes from the West, but I think this album nails it! Some of these tracks sound quite futuristic too, and I do enjoy the variety every track presents. There's not necessarily a song on here I dislike. I honestly wish I heard about this much earlier!

Do not miss out on this, I'd highly recommend it to anyone curious.
This is a really good house album with great grooves and a satisfying vibe throughout. Check it out!
The award for the most enthralling deep house record of the year goes to this. Interesting fact: the vocalist, Suryakant Sawhney is also on a different project called Peter Cat Recording Co. and they have a record recently released titled Bismillah. I would recommend to check it out as well.
I have literally no idea about what he's saying but it just makes me feel glad, these south Asian influences got me the whole experience.
Even though after a few listens it doesn't seem as resembling or memorable as I thought before, it still deserves a high score. I seriously think I won't find tracks as surprising as Chaku Chidiya or Jaago in the rest of this year, or pieces like Din Raat that covers the entering to an unknown but marvelous place.
