Wow, this really ain't bad. My latest YouTube video is my first reaction to her music, and I really didn't fuck with it at first. But by the end of the video, I said that she might be a new artist for me to get into. That being said, I got a lot of criticism on it, mostly her stans just not watching the whole video and then attacking me because I bashed on her style. The production is fun, it’s a little spooky, and it works well as a background for her sinister (sometimes over dramatic) lyrics. I think the main melody line is also good. I think she clearly grew up with Kanye West as a mainstream musician. For me, she also has connections to Imogen Heap and Dido. She has a conversational attitude in her music that I hope she continues to utilize.

Alright, alright, alright. Color me impressed! I think this is the best single she has released thus far. I think the element that surprised me the most is how experimental the production is. If the other tracks are like this, I think I might be looking forward to Billie’s debut.
