some seriously beastly doom metal bangers. some just boom and slap incredibly hard, title tracks specifically. first few tracks of the album are also very strong, the middle segment seems to drag, there's a bit of a more progressive metal portion that just lingers for a bit too long. if any complaint, album is a bit long and has a boring part, but the exciting parts are definitely worth the listen. tons of dissonance in the guitar work, great tension and release.
