ALRIGHT this just totally clicked for me. Default Genders is the future!
In another discord server I’m in, we’ve now started an album wheel, where we all pick two albums and put them on the wheel, spin it and then we all listen to that album, quite simple but it’s fun to do. We spun the wheel and this was the first album we got, so, of course we all went to listen to it, including me. I didn’t know what to expect on first listen, from the cover and name I was a little sceptical but by the second song I was sold, this was a keeper.

That cover of TSwift's 'Holy Ground' is pretty dazzling. Main Pop Girl is a well-composed and engaging electronic pop that revels in messy production and sentimental melodies. I love the release of these songs; there are so many moments where the music swells and blooms into ridiculous and new shapes. It's a fun album that engages all the sense in its unrelenting search for new forms of cathartic release.
Chipmunk mixtape grab bag that actually has some sort of uniformity of spirit going for it.
