I think this is definitely better then the first one.
The Peace Disc and The War Disc are almost equal with the quality, but I like this one slightly more.
Better beats in my opinion and couple of smash hits. Cube is on the same level as in the previous album.
Guest appearance from Jayo Felony, Krayzie Bone, Mack 10, Dr. Dre, MC Ren & others.
Another one in Cube's fantastic discography.

Standout tracks: Hello, The Gutter Shit, Until We Rich, You Can Do It, Roll All Day.
It's about the same quality as the war disc. Still good though
I’m sorry but I have to say it. Three tracks in and I was asking myself “Are We There Yet?”
Best tracks: “Hello;” “Waitin’ Ta Hate”
Worst tracks: “Pimp Homeo;” “24 Mo’ Hours;” “Gotta Be Insanity"
