Pretty much a downright Earth album. Everything you would and should expect from these guys. It's cool and well executed, but not surprising in any way, basically the same stuff during the whole album. Reminds me a lot of "Hex".
Baffled at this one getting such a low rating on here. It rests comfortably just a notch beneath Bees and Hex. A gorgeous and meditative album that highlights why Adrienne Davies is one of the best drummers out there. Gorgeous pieces that have only shifted, evolved, and strengthened in time. Focused. Gorgeous.
Got three quarters of the way through the first song and had to stop. It just wasn't going anywhere for me. It reminded me of Robin Trower's Bridge of Sighs without any vocals or guitar soloing.
