I don't know why this record didn't seem to connect with me at first, back when I listened to it in like 2019-2020, but oh boy, what I've been missing. I originally found this album because of one song, Wake the Dead, that was featured on a PS2 game, and it was one of my first experiences into hardcore. Wake the dead insights a riot within the mind of the listener. Motivating, driving, and inspirational. The uplifting and energizing nature of punk combined with the metallic breakdowns to put a punctuation at the end of their existential rebellion.
