Not bad by any means, it just feels too short to have a major impact on me. It's a decent EP though and keeps the same chill vibe from her first EP.
Biig Piig is talented but if she wants to step out of the "low-fi" box and become a name people actually know and remember she needs to embrace the other aspects of her form that put her on the map for listeners like me (i.e. jazz, almost hip hop). Volume II is yet again chill, but doesn't offer much in the form of songs that you would listen to any other time than when you are falling asleep. Biig Piig is one of few artists who manages to capture the essence of "chill" but keeps it fresh and interesting. While it's shorter than her first EP, the new tracks add to her already impressive catalogue of bops. Excited to see what she does in the future.
