I think where I didn't understand the backlash to SOPHIE's last record, I feel the animosity on this one. The songs just weren't all that sticky and I found some parts of the EP particularly grating despite enjoying the more abrasive elements. Wish some of the ideas were more fleshed out, but hoping GFOTY continues down a different trajectory than the rest of the PC Music camp on their next full-length.

Different in a good way, happy to see GFOTY changing her sound up to stand out from the rest of the PC crowd a bit more.

fav track: Superglue

More polished, less annoying (still annoying), but also significantly less interesting. A nice nod to hardcore along with some humorous bits, but ultimately another limp release from a PC Music affiliate.

Hannah, where are you?

Kept me on the edge of my seat and was extremely entertaining and fun to listen to from front to back. Cool was pretty underwhelming but I loved pretty much every other track here. The PC Music sound is something that's been growing on me for a while now and I can't help but like this one too.. good shit

It's fun, it's weird, it's the PC music sound, it's not the PC music label.
