The Hiram Clarke Hustler is another album by Legendary rapper Viper which is pretty similar to his 2006 release called Ready and... Willing, the only difference between the two albums is that The Hiram Clarke Hustler is a little bit worse than Ready and... Willing.

This album is so... indescribably nostalgic, calm and at the same time creepy as shit. This gotta be one of the most influentual albums ever.
