I got this EP stuck in my head during one of my GCSEs and basically sang it in my head as I was trying to pass my exam. It can't have distracted me too much as I passed them all. This is a little bridge from their first album to the greatness that awaited them.
Essential Track - Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong
The first stepping stone for greatest things to come. If there's a point in Radiohead's career where things start to get truly interesting, after a couple of pretty weak EPS and a bland full lenght debut, this EP is where it's at.
This EP is definitely a large improvement over Pablo Honey, and shows the band improving upon their sound greatly. It's a taste of what was to come in 1995 with their second album, The Bends.
