I got this EP stuck in my head during one of my GCSEs and basically sang it in my head as I was trying to pass my exam. It can't have distracted me too much as I passed them all. This is a little bridge from their first album to the greatness that awaited them.

Essential Track - Punchdrunk Lovesick Singalong

i have this in CD but i dont even remember buying it

The first stepping stone for greatest things to come. If there's a point in Radiohead's career where things start to get truly interesting, after a couple of pretty weak EPS and a bland full lenght debut, this EP is where it's at.

Potentially better than the Bends. Doesn't have as much fluff and tracks 4 and 5 are incredible.

The My Iron Lung EP gives 7 next level tracks for Radiohead, introducing their rise to stardom with The Bends. The song My Iron Lung itself is an easy fan favorite. The styles of the tracks varies greatly, showing a bit of their Kid A side while also bleeding reminiscence of Pablo Honey. Everything on this project is so professionally made. Compared to Pablo Honey, there's not one song that you have to force yourself to believe isn't cheesy.

This is a major step in the right direction from Pablo Honey. The songs and stories feel much more fleshed out than than on there. This EP is definitely where Radiohead began to find their creative footing as a band.
