Guess this review's happening sooner than expected. What can I say? I've just been in a huge King Crimson mood and am too excited to talk about the albums that I actually love, even if it means spending time on the albums that I don't care for at all.
So, The ConstruKction Of Light... yeah, it's the worst King Crimson album. There you go. Review done. You can go home now.

The time at which this album took place is weird. 31 years after their debut, and they're still putting out decent music. This is definitely overlooked when compared to even their new wave projects. I guess it makes sense though, because King Crimson was messing around with a new band name, and new sounds, and basically sounding completely different. But it's enjoyable nonetheless.
The 12th Studio album by King Crimson, taking a more darker tone even mechanical aesthetic and it generally has some really great instrumentals but I often find myself bored from this record more often than any other King Crimson record with nothing stringing the instrumentals together and most of the songs over staying their welcome, it merely comes off a decent attempt and more of shell of a band.

it really gets to a point where i feel sad about king crimson's decline since 1982, this album is even less shocking and fun than thrak.
