I really and genuinely do love Duck, and I believe that he is a super talented guy! The lyricism and flows on this project are pretty groovy and aggressively enjoyable, as we have become accustomed to from him. The features are pretty okay, especially a more melodic verse from Rico Nasty.

However, I do have a fair share of negatives about this. I've always been a bit wary about Duck's choruses, or lack thereof, and that really bleeds through here. Also, the beat selection is just low key ... read more
Surprise, this dude hasn't got any much recognition since his debut mixtape IM UUGLY. Despite that, his newest ep The falling man is does start strong but tapers out in the end half. Production wise, this ep is a hit n miss, with Duckwrth's themes and lyrics not being fully fleshed out or remotely memorable.

Favourite tracks: King King, Nobody falls and BOW
This is the closest a rap album (or an EP, I guess) has come to sonically embodying the term "rock opera"* since MBDTF. And almost all of us non-bald folk we know how good that album is. This is a good mix of luscious and eerie, the songs are instantly catchy while remaining structurally complex, and the various sections of melodic vocals offer a lot of dynamics to this project. It isn't a great project but it's alright, a nice pop rap record I guess.
