Not every debut can be a stunner, and The Menzingers debut record remains under the radar perhaps for good reason. The punk-rock collective seem to still be finding their own sound across this release, toying with a few different elements of punk rock and trying to find which one fits them the snuggest. The energy is kept at a strong pace throughout the release, but energy alone doesn't lead to a stunning album.
