The Cry Of Love is a posthumous compilation album of unfinished songs that Jimi was working on before his untimely death for their fourth studio album. Despite the fact that everything on here is unfinished, everything is already good enough to be considered the actual finished product. “The Cry Of Love” is an album that definitely offers fantastic ideas, however very few of them have really been pushed to the absolute max due to Jimi’s death. Messy and inconsistent in production, you still get the feel that your mind is in the sky with this one.
