After falling in love with Jean Dawson's most recent album 'Pixel Bath' I had to check out his earlier work and thus, here I am. For the most part, 'Bad Sports' is a decent LP that almost seems as if it is the period in which Jean Dawson was really locating his sound that is later heard on his newest project.

I'm waiting for him to get big, his visuals, and genre bending experimentation is amazing, true artist right here.
Among the rare artist that do things completely different than the rest. if anything Jean Dawson is lightyears ahead of how alternative R&B and pop music will sound in the upcoming decade.
FAV TRACKS: Napster, 90s Green Screen, Pity Party
LEAST FAV: pretty much everything else

Saw him open for 100 gecs last night, decided to check out his album. He had some great energy for his live performance and some pretty catchy hooks. Love me a good hook. He has a pretty solid album here with some pretty great production. Kinda reminds me of Yves Tumor and Jaeden Smith (?). Each track is pretty solid in here tho and quite a few are good to simp to. I could definitely see him taking off in the future, definitely an album to check out tho.
