A unique journey through a mildly Egyptian inspired soundscape. They do a good job of not being a Nile clone by bringing in unique compositions and chord structures that are not traditional to the Tech Death space. Enjoyable listen, gets a little muddy 2/3 of the way through the album.


70 minute slog of apparent Nile/Cryptopsy clones in the style of Niles older, more poorly produced albums and Cryptopsys album "Blasphemy Made Fresh". Ocassionally the album dives into these softer more melodic passages, but they're barely phoned in due to them completely clashing with the abrasive and underwhelming production (Remaster seems no different, albeit handles these sections a lot better).
