Recurring is strange in the fact that it's quite literally two albums smashed together. Whereas Playing with Fire was only separated song-to-song, each side of Recurring is written by a different member of the band: the A-side by Kember, and the B-side by Pierce. In essence, it's a split LP between Spectrum (which already existed at this point), and Spiritualized (which had yet to release anything). How is it? Well...
