No, i'm not fucking kidding. Hobo Johnson may have made one of the best records of the year.

Hobo Johnson, as you all may know, has been a decisive artist for sure. His last project was one of the worst reviewed and revived records of the year it came out, and the label that Hobo's music was nothing but pretentious garbage was labeled pretty quickly. I’ll be the first to say I didn’t immediately hate the guy’s music when it was requested to me. I didn’t cringe like everyone else did. This was surprising even to me since this would be the kind of music I would rip into... but He seemed like he had a good heart. I loved this project so much.

Hobo Johnson has always been one of my favorite artists ever since he dropped 'The Rise of Hobo Johnson'. He has a style that just appeals to me so much, a style that is a beautiful mess. The Rise Of Hobo Johnson is one of my all-time least favourite albums.
I thought as a person, Hobo was humiliating.
I thought what he was rapping about and his style was terrible.
I also thought the instrumentals he used were good.

Almost 2 full years later Hobo Johnson has released his newest album and for the most part, only one of the above remains the same.

Not only did I never expect to listen to another of this dude's albums I certainly never expected to ENJOY something he released,
